You will see your points in the menu once logged in. Head over to your Rewards page. Take a look around at the rewards available and once you have enough points you can choose what you would like to redeem! *Redeem your points before you reach the checkout.
No. Any unused MG Naturals points does not expire.
For any MG Naturals product purchases it will take around 48-72 housr.
Product reviews may take up to 48 hours to appear.
For other point earning activities, it will take a few minutes for your points to show.
Simply enter the code in the Promotional Code field on the Cart or Checkout page and tap on the APPLY DISCOUNT button.
You can only use one discount code in a single transaction.
You will still earn your MG Naturals Rewards points on your order when using a discount code. At the moment you will not be able to use points and a discount code in one transaction.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per transaction.
You can see any previously redeemed code by going to the "Account activity" section within the Rewards page, find the discount reward activity within the table and tap on where it says "Approved".

- If any of your orders are cancelled or returned

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases, referrals and product reviews
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
You will need to visit your MG Naturals Rewards page first and redeem your discount code. Head to your cart and checkout using your code.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
Limit of one membership and one annual Birthday Gift per customer. We reserve the right to cancel, and refuse future membership, for customers who create more than one account or otherwise attempt to obtain more than one Birthday Gift per year.
