Can you ship to somewhere other than my billing address?
Sure thing, just enter the address you want us to send it to in the checkout.
Do you ship to P O Boxes?
Unfortunately we can not ship to P O Boxes.
Do you offer insurance on International orders?
Not normally, but if you require this please contact us & we will do our best to help you out.
Do you offer refunds & exchanges?
We are more than happy to refund any products that arrive faulty or damaged, please email us to find out how.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as we can not refund or exchange open makeup items due to "change of mind" or incorrect shade selection.
Un-opened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days once authorised by an MG Naturals customer service representative but will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
We do not refund postage & can not refund any orders that are outside on our 30 day returns policy.
SENSITIVITY
We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to or are allergic to. We put the full list of ingredients on our website so please look at these carefully. We are very happy to answer any questions about our products if you need advice – please feel free to contact us via Live Chat or email.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?
This is only applicable to International Orders & is subject to the laws & regulations of individual countries. In countries where duties or taxes are payable they are the responsibility of the resident importing the product (purchaser) & have to be paid to your countries customs department before the goods can be released to you. If you are a UK or European customer please make your purchases from our Etsy Store as all taxes & duties are collected & pre-paid by Etsy ensuring you hassle free shopping!

Our Taxation laws require that we keep proof of all business transactions for seven years, after this time all information is destroyed.

We are located in Australia outside of the EU and as such use Shopify, Facebook & Instagram to store, process, and collect your data. The companies I use have employed their own stringent safety measures to keep your data safe.
Choosing to shop with a company outside of the EU means your data is subject to a new jurisdiction and subsequently new laws. However we protect your rights upon the transference with the above security measures.
