All of our products are 100% Titanium Dioxide Free as its damaging to your skin & has been declared a carcinogen. Titanium Dioxide isn’t photo-stable, which in basic English means that when you expose it to light on your face it creates free radicals that in turn ravage your skin cells, not good if you want to keep your youthful complexion! The European Union has declared Titanium Dioxide a level 2 Carcinogen in all concentrations over 1%, & from 2024 all products with more than 1% TIDI will have to bare warning labels.
We use absolutely no nano particles or any ingredients that have been adulterated with nano technology. In fact because we don’t use Titanium Dioxide in our makeup we need to use super large, (especially milled for us) particles so that our makeup can have the same coverage and opacity as conventional makeup.
Our products are formulated for sensitive skin & do not contain detergents, chemicals & artificial fragrances that can irritate the skin making them perfect for mothers.
That goes with out saying, No, never. These are normally found in 24 hour formulations & are not approved for use in organic products.
While some Iron Oxides can be contaminated with heavy metals we have all of ours batch tested for safety & purity to to ensure zero heavy metals.
Iron Oxides are what give our makeup its colour, without it you’d just have a pretty lotion. Our Iron Oxides are put through stringent processes to purify them: we believe that purified iron oxides are the safest non toxic FDA-approved colorant for makeup. Iron oxides are known to be gentle on your skin and haven’t been found to be allergenic. We do not use dyes or synthetic colours in any of our products we always use natural clays & Iron Oxides.
Technically it is, but we can’t 100% guarantee that all ingredients have not been processed on equipment used to process glutens or products containing gluten so there could be trace amounts in our products.

I switched to clean makeup about 6 months ago when someone mentioned that my skin irritation could be the result of a titanium dioxide allergy (they were 100% correct). Since then I have been slowly accumulting different products to try from MG Naturals. I have never been a lip gloss person; I never liked the look or feeling of it. But, I decided to try this one because it was organic, and the website picture made it look like it wouldn't give that thick, drippy, oil-slick wet look to the lips that I am not a fan of. This lip gloss is beautiful. It slightly softens my natural lip color and makes my lips look more full while still having a natural element to them. It has a VERY gentle, pleasant scent. I hate heavily scented products on my mouth, and this one is not bothersome at all. I wasn't sure if I would like the sparkles because in the past I've found gloss sparkles end up migrating all around my mouth and looking messy. This gloss did not do that to my surprise. The sparkles have a soft golden color to them and catch the light beautifully without making me look like I dipped my face in glitter. I am SO SO SO impressed with this product. It has converted me into a gloss wearer!
I will admit — this is a pretty great lip gloss. I ordered the cashmere shade… it looks lighter in the pictures, kind of a pale pink… not so in real life! Darker natural pink lip color, pleasantly surprised😀 Very long-lasting… most conventional glosses fade off in 10-15 min but this stays on for up to 2-3 hours depending on how much you apply. I can even use it as a liquid blush because it’s sooo pigmented — just dab a few drops on the back of your hand, mix it with your finger, then use a fluffy brush to stir and apply.
Give this gloss a chance— it will deliver! Small piece of advice: if you’re looking for a pale, sheen pink, go for the Glazed instead.
Feels light and smooth and makes my lips feel moisturised, not overly thick like some glosses.
Very moisturizing, does not leave lips chapped. I love the clean ingredients. Cashmere is a beautiful natural pink color.
