* We can not accept returns where the packaging is open or tampered with, product must be returned in new condition.
* We can not approve returns 14 days after receiving.
* You must have proof of return post within 30 days of receipt of goods, as makeup has a short shelf life & needs to be restocked asap!
*Return postage is at your own risk, we will send your replacement at no cost to you on receipt of your returned product.
