Really enjoying this foundation and applicator brush. I previously used powder foundation and it left my skin too dry; this moisturising liquid one is working out much better. It gives great coverage and lasts well, even through the humid days when I get sweaty. So grateful to MG Naturals for creating these beautiful natural products without titanium dioxide!
I really like this foundation it feels light but has a nice amount of coverage.
It's more of a matte finish than I realized and too far away to return it. Also, Olive Fair is too light for me. I thought I asked for a sample of a darker Olive to compare.
Ordered Peach Bisque liquid foundation and Rose Glow powder. Both were VERY VERY light. The powder being almost white and foundation akin to fair porcelain. Am unable to use either. I have used "regular" higher end name brand makeup for years and really want to make the change across to low tox products. The colour names are almost identical to some of my current conventional brands BUT the shade comparisons are unbelievably contrasting. Guess it's more a case of getting the correct match although I don't think MG naturals do a creamier powder shade.
I love both the foundation and lip gloss. Foundation blends well and it's light. The lip gloss feels very smooth and smells lovely.
It’s so easy to apply with the brush and blends in well with my aging skin. After moisturising, I use pure Aloe Vera gel as a primer before applying the foundation and it works really well.
This has VERY good coverage. It’s thick going on but evens out very well. You can add a bit of face oil to it if needed. Their brush is good, it’s a bit tight bristle & I do use it, but I go back and use a softer brush to polish my face. I was asked what makeup I was using because my skin looked so good. I’ve ordered their eyeshadow kit and looking forward to it, as I used some of my old eyeshadow and my eyelids broke out the next day. I have always loved makeup and have used MANY over my 58 years, but probably will stop at this one and keep reordering. Knowing that I’m using something healthy for my skin is a huge trump card!
