This Shaving Cream is so luxurious & soothing for your skin, but the best part is that the smell is simply divine.

The whipped consistency is so fluffy & gentle & makes shaving a breeze. While the nourishing oils ensure your skin is left silky smooth & hydrated with no need to moisturise - dry, scaley legs be gone.

The only downside to using this Shaving Cream is that it melts in Summer, so you have to keep it in the fridge so that it keeps its whipped consistency. But with no preservative the fridge will keep it from spoiling so its still a win/win.

Try making your own today.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Macadamia Nut Oil
  • 1 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 10 drops of Geranium Oil
  • 15 drops of Palmerosa Oil
  • 3 TBSP Castile Soap

Steps

1. Add all ingredients to a cold bowl.

2. Using a hand mixer or table mixer, whip ingredients for about 4 minutes or until light and fluffy.

3. Transfer your shaving cream to a container.

A little bit of advice

We are not using a preservative in this recipe so you must be careful to not allow water to get into your shaving cream. Water will cause bacteria and your shaving cream will spoil. Only use enough to coat the area you are shaving as otherwise it just becomes a messy, waste :) The shaving cream will melt quite quickly once making contact with your skin, its supposed to & your skin will still get all the nourishing benefits of the oils.

The shelf life of this shaving cream should be about 3 months if kept in a cool dark place. Depending on the temperature of your bathroom, the cream could melt or harden. That's okay, the fluffiness is only to imitate the texture of a store bought shaving cream. Texture will not effect the benefits. You can re-whip it if you like.
